Had a very eventful weekend.

Happy Valentines Day everyone :)

Outfit Details:

Made a heart-shaped pizza for dinner <3

Here's How:

Ingredients:

Pillsbury Artisan Pizza Crust (found in refrigerator aisle)

Pizza Sauce

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Pepperonis

(Nonstick Cooking Spray)

(Dark Baking Sheet)

 

Directions:

-Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray

-Spread out pizza crust dough on baking sheet

-Fold the edges into the heart shape

(it's easily molded into the shape, I even stuffed some cheese in between the thicker parts)

-Bake JUST the dough for 8 minutes at 400 degrees (it may cook a little longer because it's so thick)

-Take out of the oven, and put pizza sauce, cheese, and whatever toppings you like,

-Cook for another 10 minutes (or until its all the way cooked and the crust is golden brown)

February 13th: Valentine's Date

Had a long day waiting at work for date night with my love :) He surprised me with flowers, chocolates, and gifts at home. Then we went to Houlihans for eats and drinks.

 

Enjoying my sweets at work. Tempted to eat the entire box but thats about 2000 calories I'm saving for dinner. :P

Love:

My life is filled with the most amazing family and friends I could ever ask for.

I've been madly in love with my boyfriend ^Jeremy^ for two and a half years now.

 

Fashion:

 

Always been known for having my own true style.  Been thrifting since I was young and am obsessed with creating new outfits out of old clothes. 

Since the first of the year, I have been cataloging a different outfit for each day. Each morning after I finish getting ready for work, I (or my boyfriend Jeremy,or best friend Kori) take a few quick photos of my outfit for the day. The photos are amateur at best (mainly because I wake Jer up at 7:30 am to take them), but with work, they'll get better I promise.

The reasoning behind this little project is that I have an insane amount of clothes, shoes, bags, jewelry, etc(pictures of my closet-room to come).
Maybe my looks will inspire someone. (Please give me cred. though) 

 

Crafts:

I have always been into making things.  Definitely known for going into Goodwill with twenty bucks and coming out with pure gold.  My boyfriend and I have a booth in a thrift mall where we sell yard sale finds, clothes, shoes, books, etc.  I work full time at the moment and haven't had a lot of time for crafts.  But they are definitely on my list of to do's for this blog. Plus, I got a Cricut Expressions for Christmas and am itching to make some cool stuff with it!

 

Eats&Drinks:

 

I love FOOD! Between my boyfriend and myself, we create quick, easy, and delicious meals.  Possibly some of our creations will land on this blog.  I also may include my couponing hobby as well as meal plans and grocery lists.

 

Parties:

 

I'm known for hosting some killer get-togethers.  I have a lot of experience with hosting friends and family over.  Tips, recipes, photos, and memories will definitely be shared.  Getting plans ready for an 80's themed birthday party next weekend!

 

Traveling/Festivals

 

One of my favorite pastimes is traveling.  Jeremy and I usually travel to different cities for concerts and music festivals. Although I was blessed to be able to travel to a few different countries(Army Brat), it was all before I was five years old.  So now, I am setting my sights on international travel soon.Also planning a little spring break trip and a few others.  All depends on money and work.

Astrology:
For the past six or seven years, I have been getting into Astrology heavily, specifically its influences in Tarot. My Sun sign is Leo, with a Scorpio Moon sign. I have one astrological tattoo which I love. Hopefully to get more!
